There is no signing up. Your property, your agreement, and your liability. Participation is soley your decision & responsibility, financial & otherwise. Paramaters will differ with each participant yardowner defining what activities are allowed, ie, can you plant some flower/veg seeds?
How to proceed?
Put a sign on your lawn indicating you are ready to yard share
OR just invite people you already know who could use your space.
Given that this is a pandemic I would advise: ***NO WASHROOM facilities
A sign you can save & print for your lawn, or window:
***In these litigious times need to sign off on host rules for use
possibly including a liability waiver**
For personal safety of both parties front yards are recommended.
